CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, depending on how late you arrive, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to ensure all scheduled clients are seen on time.

In the event of a no-show, a deposit may be required before future appointments can be booked.
